[About Payments]
Pre-Registration and Same-Day Registration
Only credit card payment is available.
Please fill out the necessary information in the Pre-registration form, then complete the payment by confirming your card information.
*Credit card payments are processed by Square.
Participants’ credit card information is exchanged with TLS encryption, and is strictly managed.
The OFFF Executive Committee will not hold the participant’s credit card information.
[Procedure for cancelling your registration]
Please contact us using the “Contact” section of the OFFF portal page or on the registration site.
[Refund of Pre-Registration]
If you cancel your Pre-Registration, we will refund the amount as listed below, after subtracting the transaction fees.
The refund will be made to a credit card via Square’s payment agency service.
Cancellation until Thursday, April 11, 2024: 100% of the payment amount
Cancellation from Friday, April 12, 2024 to Thursday, April 18, 2024: 60% of the payment amount
Cancellation after Friday, April 19, 2024: No refund
*Please note, regardless of with/without attendance to the event, the Same-Day Registration fee will not be refunded.
[Refund of the Dealers Booth]
In the case of cancellation, we will refund the amount as listed below, after subtracting the transaction fees.
The refund will be made to a credit card via Square’s payment agency service.
Cancellation until Thursday, April 18, 2024: 100% of the payment amount
Cancellation after Friday, April 19, 2024: No refund
[In the Case of Event Cancellation]
If it is unavoidable due to natural disasters, plague, or other force majeure, this event may be cancelled regardless of whether it is before or during the event.
If the event is cancelled, we will refund the fees for Pre-Registration and the Dealer Booth.
Please note that the above process may take some time.
*Please also note that we cannot refund the fees for Same-Day Registration nor donations made, regardless of whether or not OFFF goes ahead or is cancelled.
